Car Cyberdeck, a taste of Pokémon nostalgia on my dashboardOpen-source firmware for two ESP32 screens and a Garmin watch app. One shows whatever I'm playing on Spotify as a Game Boy-style Pokémon battle, the other runs my car's LED lights. I like building things I'd actually use, and I learn best by making them.

A lot of that is hardware. I write ESP32 firmware for my car, like a dashboard that shows what's playing on Spotify as a Pokémon battle, and tools that listen to the car's CAN bus to work out what each signal means. I also design Pokémon watch faces for my Garmin.

On the software side I mostly write Python: Streamlit apps that make a problem easier to see, from Operations Research to forecasting, small services built around LLMs, and the tooling that keeps my own work tidy, like a project template and my resume kept as code. Some repos go back to university, where I first used code to work through math and physics.
